Mead Jackson-Reyes

Mead Jackson Reyes joined the fitness world of New York City in 2013, where she soon found herself not only working as a full time Crossfit coach and personal trainer, but a competive, nationally ranked strongwoman athlete. In 2016, a torn hip labrum forced her out of active competition.

As she went through the rounds of conventional re-hab she became frustrated with her recovery process that often seemed splintered and ineffective in scope. As time went by, still on the sidelines and unable to return to full activity Mead realized she needed to seek out a more effective treatment program to help herself and those around her.

Initially coming in to Exercise-Intelligence as a client seeking new insight into her injuries, Mead soon found herself on her own journey to become a certified MAT specialist.  In 2018 she achieved that title and was asked to join the team at Exercise Intelligence.

Mead has a BS in photojournalism and directing, is a Crossfit L2 coach, as well as a certified Strongwoman coach. She is driven by the desire to help others achieve their
fullpotential, and is eager to help you start your journey.

You can find her spending free time documenting life around her with her Leica, lifting all of the weights or eating spoonfuls of cashew butter in Brooklyn. Mead spends her days (and nights), living her best life with her husband and gym mates.
